These providers may temporarily store or log data in accordance with their own API policies. Artkery does not allow AI providers to use your data for training unless they explicitly state that no training occurs.
Blockchain Data Permanence
When you register a creation through ChainProof, certain hashed metadata is permanently recorded on a public blockchain. Blockchain entries cannot be altered, deleted, or modified once confirmed.
Please ensure the accuracy of data before registration, as blockchain records are public and irreversible.
Data Retention
We retain Order Information and ChainProof records unless and until you request deletion or unless required for legal, tax, security, or regulatory purposes.
Minors
Artkery is not intended for children under 13. Users under 18 may use the service only with parental or guardian consent.
Data Security
We use encryption, access controls, secure server infrastructure, and industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no online transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
